NALANDA, BIHAR – June 1 , 2025 – Helping Hand Nalanda, a dedicated social organization, today spent an emotional day at a local old age home. The team deeply engaged with the resident mothers. This special service program focused on their emotional well-being.
Volunteers played Ludo and shared tea. They enjoyed snacks and a communal meal. The team listened to the mothers’ stories. They shared in their joys and sorrows.


A Heartfelt Appeal
Ashutosh Kashyap, (founder) made a heartfelt statement. “It is deeply disheartening,” he expressed, “that mothers are abandoned by their children.” He emphasized, “A mother is essential for a complete life. Leaving them alone is truly shameful.” He urged everyone to cherish their mothers. “Serving them is our highest duty,” he added.
This initiative aimed to bring joy to the mothers. It also sent a strong message to society. Family foundations rely on mothers. Abandoning them is simply unacceptable. Local volunteers actively participated. Their involvement made the event a success.
NGO plans to continue these social services. Volunteers present included Vivek Chaurasia, Niti Muskan, Mahi, Sweety Verma, Aman Raj, Abhishek Kumar Seth, Prince Kumar, Subodh Kumar, Shubhankar, Dhiraj, and Alok.
