An artisanal experience of fine pizzas with curated wines, launching this September
New Delhi, September 2025 – QLA, one of Delhi’s most celebrated contemporary European restaurants, is set to elevate the city’s dining scene with the launch of its QLA Pizza & Wine Pairing Menu on 10th September. This seasonal showcase redefines a classic pairing with artisanal creativity, offering guests an indulgent experience where every slice meets its perfect sip.


A Refined Culinary Journey
Crafted under the expertise of Chef Dipender Tiwari along with QLA’s sommeliers, the menu highlights balance, flavour, and character. Each pairing is designed to bring out unique notes—whether it’s the parma ham + burrata with Piccini Merlot cutting through rich textures, or the wild garden + truffle paired with Gatao Rosé in delicate harmony. Vegetarian indulgence shines with zucchini + ricotta complemented by Gatao White, while gluten-free and vegan-friendly options ensure inclusivity without compromising sophistication.
Dining with Atmosphere
Set against the iconic backdrop of the Qutab Minar, QLA is renowned for blending French, Italian, and Spanish influences in an intimate yet stylish setting. With candlelit interiors, warm wooden accents, and live performances on weekends, the new menu extends the restaurant’s philosophy of creating holistic dining experiences.

The Pizza & Wine Pairing menu will be available as a seasonal festival from 10th September, priced at an average spend of INR 1800 AI per pairing.
