- This is her first-ever national-level medal, the biggest achievement of her career so far.
Her roots trace back to Pusad, a small settlement in Yavatmal, Maharashtra. - Her father works at a furniture shop.
- A physical education teacher, Roshan Deshmukh, spotted her talent and began training her.


Agreema Kanwar (Himachal Pradesh) – Skeet Shooting – Silver Medal
Drawn to shooting after reading Abhinav Bindra’s autobiography, “A Shot at History,” a gift from her father, who serves in the Indian Army.
Although born in Jalandhar, she originates from Una, Himachal Pradesh.
- Finished 5th in the last edition and this time secured the first medal for Himachal Pradesh in KIYG 2025.
- Aim: Selection in the Junior National Team and winning medals in World Cups.


Ansh Rupesh Mayeka (Maharashtra) – Yogasana – Gold Medal (Third Gold)
- Previously won gold in the Haryana (2022) and Madhya Pradesh (2023) editions.
- Failed to qualify for the Tamil Nadu edition but made a comeback and won gold again.
- Started Yogasana at age 4.
- Partnered with Rohan Tayade; combined score: 129.50

Prachi from Haryana secured the gold medal in women’s Foil (Fencing).
- Defeated Mangleibi Takhellambam of Manipur in the final (15-11).
- Bronze medals: Tejaswini (Haryana) and Pranshi Arora (Chandigarh).
Sai Prasad Jangawad (Maharashtra) – Men’s Épée (Fencing) – Gold Medal
- Trains at SAI NCOE, Aurangabad.
Won against Ravi Kumar Yadav (Bihar) in the semifinal and Manish Kumar Choudhary (Gujarat) in the final with a 15-10 score.”
Sairaj Rajesh Pardeshi (Maharashtra) – Weightlifting (81kg) – Gold Medal
- Broke three youth national records:
- Snatch – 140kg
- Clean & Jerk – 172kg
- Total – 312kg
- Previously lifted 311kg in Doha, Qatar.
